as of now, Ulfp is showing 10 kts on the net, but actual fact, it is blowing 5kts< at PA.

Crying Ulfp (woof) ?

I always thought ulfp showed the windspeed at Changi airport?

http://weather.nea.gov.sg >> readings >> wind will show you the windspeed at Bedok  Jetty, although it sometimes lies too

The weather station is not at Bedok Jetty. It's across the canal from NSC. Right now the reading is 23 km/hr.
It's at a height of about 30 metres, so at sea level it will be something less.
