This time, the evil genius apparently needed to "borrow" an outhaul line. So of course he took one from a boom which happened to be nearby.

Dear Genius, next time you want to "borrow" an outhaul line, please  look for one of those nasty dusty old booms with worn out harness lines (or none at all), which look like they haven't been used in years.  Don't take it from a recent North Sails boom with all the trimmings. That way, your "loan" will go undetected, and when you have finally saved up enough money from your day job to buy your own outhaul line, you can put the "borrowed" one back and no-one will ever be the wiser.
The perfect crime!

The phantom looks to be spreading beyong WVEC.
I woke up this morning with a bad headache and was shocked to discover when I opened my fridge that my entire beer collection was missing.

Yea, my mast-foot cover went missing last week. Now I gotta keep my mast foot under lock-n-key too....sigh.
