Is the launching spot at Changi ok? I heard about catfish and rubbish in the water. I am thinking of sailing there during monsoon, anybody can comment?

try to go when the tide is not so low.
also sail on the right side of the Commando jetty (when u look out at the sea direction)
happy sailing.
ps, bring your dog along, the catfishes will be scared away....
