after 14 days of cycling, kayaking, puffing, wheezing and teasing........the goats laid down and........the NE arrived.
It was about 15 knts from 2 until 6.
7.6 for me and 6.5 for a smaller bloke.
Hopeful.

Good question !
I'm way too old to windsurf in the North Sea at this time of year !
Today the goats were performing so very light wind.......
