Penang Windsurfing

Hey guys. Where are the good places to windsurf in Penang, and preferably offer rentals too?

I ask because I get these questions often on my site.

Usually i suggested them the
a) Tg Bungah's Penang Swimming Club
b) Leong Soon's place

From what they told me, PSC windsurf gears are not proper, while at Soon's place they don't offer rentals.

Any other places they should look at?

Mr Soon was kind enough to lend his gear to a friend of mine at his place. Good lad!
