Better to look at Wind Guru for Fri-Sun, suggests a touch more wind than Windfinder.
Both meaningless
Guess best to just study the figures and pretend that there might be wind.

Perhaps 38MPH can check the status of the cows or is it sheep in Kuantan and give a more accurate forecast.

I think this easterly is a local breeze that fills the vacuum as the NE retreats back up north. However, the NE should be inching back towards us tomorrow (Thursday). And I reckon 38mph is right, it looks like the NE will be blowing full-on by Friday.
