6.0mē on 94L since monday in nirwana beach club (ex-mana mana), bintan. was especially good with some nice swells on thu, fri & sat!
still a nice place to sail near s'pore and good to see familiar faces amongst the beach boys, though fewer with each passing year.

You will have to upload your photo to another website such as flickr.com or photobucket and then put a link to the URL. Most forums do not allow you to upload your image files directly.

Monsoon surge may bring flash floods Fri, Dec 18, 2009 AsiaOne
Singapore has been experiencing Northeast Monsoon conditions since the onset of the Northeast Monsoon season in the region in mid November 2009.
This marks the beginning of the rainy season in Singapore which usually lasts from December to January.
The Northeast Monsoon season is characterized by moderate to heavy afternoon showers and a few events of prolonged monsoon rain due to a marked and sudden increase of strength of the monsoon winds over the South China Sea; also known as a monsoon surge. Windy conditions are also common.
According to the National Environment Agency's (NEA) Meteorological Services Division, a monsoon surge is affecting Singapore and the neighbouring region today and over the next few days.
The monsoon surge is forecast to intensify and is expected to bring widespread intermittent moderate to heavy rain to Singapore between Dec 18 and 20, accompanied by moderate to strong winds.
High tides of 3m are expected during this period.
Heavy rain coinciding with high tides could lead to localised flash floods, especially in the low-lying areas such as Lorong Buangkok, Jalan Seaview, Meyer Road, Lorong 101 - Lorong 106 Changi and Everitt North Road.
PUB advises pedestrians, motorists and residents to exercise caution during the monsoon season when flash floods may suddenly and quickly occur in the event of heavy storms.
