No, it's a foiling Moth or what ever it's called.

Single (very narrow) hull with hydrofoils.

How much 'not cheap' is it? Not planing to buy though hehe.. Just curious..

Are they like 'toys' or super racing machine? As far as hydrofoil is concern this beast should drive faster than a windsurfer, except when it's too rough.

Mark Robinson at NSC owns and sails a Moth... Last i heard from him, it costs about $20K for the whole setup... Sail alone costs about $2K i think...

18ft skiff goes faster than Formula too, but it doesn't look as much fun. Sounds like a good buy, but the wife must be one very patient woman.
