Hello, I have a question. Do you wear any type of hat like beanie, cap, cowboy hat, top hat, ranger hat while sailing?

Does it interfere with your sailing?

What's best, better?

I tried a baseball cap type of hat once.  Even with plenty of sunscreen on, my neck, ears and sides of my face were totally cooked afterwards.  I felt like I was made of leather for the next week.  No wonder Norman is looking so old these days!

Now it's a wide brim hat, as long as the brim won't go into my eyes.  With strap of course.
