I live in Kuantan, willing to travel, and I'm desperate.
Thank you

Knowing Kuantan wind and yr weight, IMO you will be better off going for 8.5m + isonic 111 + 44cm fin . you can use the same board with another 7m. Lots of fun and speed.
9.X will be good for yr Formula 155 , you gain 2 knots earlier to plane but yr upper wind range will be limited. You will need to budget for another wide board later as well.

Hehe indeed, Meng Thank you P.J. Actually there's an 8.4m lying around in the club, problem is there's no boom long enough to pair it with. Perhaps I can use the sail with the 9.x boom? Other than to plane early, I also want a very deep upwind angle, just like a formula would. F160 / F161 will be on my next buy list

Join the club. Try to find a 9.x at least with 3 cambers if you need to sail with formula.

Alright, settled sail problem thanks to K-21 for his generous deal.
Now I need 520cm mast & boom in the range 260cm-ish.
I don't mind if it's old as long it'll work and last a few years.
Thanks!

Hahaha...priceless! Wink
When reality hits, it's gonna hit hard...in your wallet! Welcome to the world of windsurfing! Windsurfing is actually very cheap in terms of satisfaction! Now who did you sell your HPL boom to? Could you ask for it back and sell it to me instead??? ;P

Can someone tell me in all honesty what is the likeliness that I'm getting the items i'm looking for? I've looked over some of the previous WTB threads and they seem to be having the same fate as I did.
Should i just go for brand new ones?
