Singapore Sailing Federation is sending the YOG2010 windsurfing squad to Pattaya.

Altogether, it should be 10 Techno293 w/surfers, 4 from the YOG2010 squad.

My wife, Lynda is appointed the Singapore team manager to look after the kids, with a few more parents, and a pastor from the girl's home that SSF adopts & trains at NSC.

Those of you who're going to Pattaya, please introduce yourselves to Lynda, and keep an eye on the Techno293 w/surfers, as, other than my daughter, Audrey, the rest are going to Pattaya for the 1st time, including their new Norwegian coach.

Regards

seems that the big S'pore team brought along the native wind to Pattaya today.
it rained and no wind.

hopefully, the sky will clear and the wind return at its best.

stay tuned for daily updates till Sun.

Nono.. Im pretty sure its just one or two of them.. Cause last year when i was there it was gusting 20 knots..

Sum it up.. The days before race day it was good winds.. On the actual day.. HORRENDOUS.. Range from 2 knots to 12 knots at max.. No races for FW.. Well you know the rest.. Lol
