Now WHY did you have to go and say a thing like that??  You've scared the wind away!

Hi guys,

Im new to the singapore windsurfing scene. When is the windy season of the year and during that time, what size of sail do you average?

Are there places to rent decent kit along the east coast?

The windy season was last week. You missed it. Welcome to Singapore!  Grin

Chris S

2 seasons NE and SW, approx Dec-Mar and June-Oct
Variable wind strength. NE gusty and can be up to 20-25k on a few good days. SW more consistant, but fast moving storm systems can blow 30k at times.
Sail size depend on your weight. Can be as small as 5.0 for some, average 6.5-7.5 for most.
