Hello!

I've got this mast extension thats like really really stuck. Tried WD40 etc & its not budged. Even had buddies help me twist it. No dice. Anybody got any ideas?

Hm, sounds painful. I would guess you have tried soaking it etc. Sounds like you've got a sand/salt cement in there. I'd first try lashing the extension to a pole or something, using many wraps of rope over the exposed portion. Clamp on a boom and with the help of some friends rotate it around. This should free it up. So far I've never had an extension fail to free using this method (usually just a couple of people twisting the mast will do) but once I had an extension so badly jammed even this method didnt work. In the end the extension was freed by lashing a scissors car jack to either end and slowly prising it apart.
