Hi all..

I would like to know what type of daily exercise i can do at home to increase physical strength for competitive windsurfing.. I remember thye did mention that it takes roughly 6 weeks for our body to get use to changes.. So im hoping that maybe the season fits here would be able to give me some pointers. Thanks in advance..

Hi hi,

There are a few exercise I do regularly without the need for a gym, I believe in doing at least 20 mins of warm up exercise before starting on any demanding workout.

At nearby work out station in the park: Leg Raise, Sit Up and Crunch (using a bench), Pull Up, Dips and Back Extension (using parallel bar)

At home: Invisible chair (back against a wall, watch TV / read paper etc), hand grip (open new paper, place one hand in centre and grip paper into a ball).

Other espect: Core Stability and Flexibility exercise, something that we usually don't work on but I feel is very important as it ensure body can support demand and reduce risk of injury.
