LANGKAWI INT'L REGATTA

Had 3 days of good racing up in Langkawi (Fri, Sat and Sun). The Seabreezes filled in after lunch each day... and we had total of 9 races in 8-15 knot winds. Flat water due to enclosed waters.

Thai boys swept the field:
Formula:
1st - Kookiat (THA 1)
2nd - Bo (THA 30)
3rd - Wearn Haw (SIN 2)

IMCO:
1st - Arun
2nd - Neng
3rd - Kai

  Heat was almost unbearable... makes the recent Singapore heat wave seem mild! Nothing much exciting and we were mostly looking forward to returning to Good'Old Penang at the end of the event!

  And now, we are in Penang. Andrew grilling his 2 IMCO boys on the water each day... Thai boys had a hiccup with their van's paper work and had to make an enforced stop in Hatyai to dump their van and take a bus over to Penang... and in the meantime checked-out the wildlife there as well!

  Meng arrived at 2am this morning... in time to join us for supper! Now we are waiting for the rest of the gang from Singapore and JB!

  As always... Penang... food, drinks, chicks, party! heaven! And of course, everything is great when you are taken care of by the Penang Mafias!!! haha!
