Windsurf spot in South East Asia end of August

Don't live in South East Asia but planning a 3 week holiday end of August-early September, would like to do beach holiday with some windsurfing--intermediate level. Any suggestions which beach would be good?

JOMTIAN BEACH in Pataya Thailand. Look For a shop call Surf Hotel next to 7-11.

Person In Charge Mr. Yai. Further down toward city form Jomtian beach main road is a Police Station at the corner. Walk further on he beach, ignore the fairy and u will see AMARA surf shop. Prety good on rental stuff, is a Starboard centre.
