hey. just picked up the sport last december and am finding it difficult to always co-ordinate timings with my friends. they suddenly cannot go, means i suddenly cannot go!

since its a must to surf with a buddy, im on the hunt! for people stuck in the same boat as me.

im pretty much free anyday up to July as long as told in advance.

19f. silly, easy to get along with and ehhh. i just want to stop falling into the water already.

hey, glad to hear your eagerness to improve.

there is really no real need to sail with a buddy. if you are worried about safety, just let the staff/people hanging around to watch out for you and off you go.

most importantly, practise personal responsibility, don go too far out unless you are confident.

mint,
seriously, u don't need a buddy to sail..of course it would be more fun to sail in a group.

When i picked up the sport 2 yrs ago, there were 2 other fellas in my class,..but they hv dropped out, but i persisted and hv enjoyed what the sport has to offer.

Windsurfing is special, those who don't do it don't know what they are missing ..  Don't give up the greatest sports on earth. Passion will carry u all the way.

cheers
