Can I check where can I get Cheap and Good WindSurfing Courses... I'm planning to start soon

hi mfg77,

u can try checking it out at PA or Seasports along East Coast.
cheap course will minus away student's life jacket (just joking).
do go down and talk to any friendly windsurfer on your intentions.

hope to c u out there windsurfing someday.
