Hi,
New to Singapore and after a tour of the East Coast I have been bitten by the windsurfing bug.  Use to sail 13+ years ago in Australia on a Bombora South Pacific (for the old timers).  Problem was I am totally self taught so technique sucks (have no idea how to use a harness or what footstraps are for.  Still I could tack, gybe and beachstart and most importantly had a lot of fun)

A lot older now and not as fit so want to learn the proper techniques rather than the brute force and no brain method (esp as the equipment has changed a lot)

Can anybody recommend a place where I can take lessons , small group or one to one preferred.

Thanks

You can try Pasta Fresca Seasports Club, they offer lessons at about 90 bux for a 2 day crash course, i think. There's a cheaper option, at East coast PA further east of Pasta fresca. Not sure of the price there but definitely cheaper, but no idea on whether they accept foreigners for the course or not.

Get a formula board, that the best way to improve and learn all those things that you miss out before. You're no longer a beginner so don't waste time and money doing basic things. I'm sure there all lots of ppl willing to give advice.

See you on the water.
