I guess a board of at least 150l and about 70-90cm wide and sail size of about 7.5 to 9

Budget wise I can't really say, depending on condition etc, but everything in I don't really want to spend more than $1k - $1.2k I suppose - something more affordable better lah - I think being a beginner I would bound to change gear sooner than later
