Anyone knows some windsurfing center in Cambodia.
I was there recently and the wind was blowing like crazy (I think 4.5mt to 5.5mt) for almost all the time. It's chip to live there and you can even have fun at night.
It looks like could be a new Mecca for windsurfing in Asia.
Bye

What I know about beaches in Cambodia is Sihanoukville (also Kompong Som), about 240 kilometres from Phnom Penh. It's currently being redeveloped as a tourist attraction, with a casino planned for Naga Island.
The best of the beaches around the town is probably Ochatial Beach and Independence Beach.
The water is clean, the people are quite friendly. There many uninhabited islands around the bay and sailing around there is definitely a nice experience.
I'm not sure you can already find a windsurfing club there even if there are many hotels and some are big enough to have equipment to rent.
Instead you could drive from Thailand (Bangkok is just a few hours from the Cambodia border) and drive to Sihanoukville (there is even a ferry connection if you like) and bring your own equipment and don't pay any rent. Live there is cheap and not so boring like some other windsurfing spots where you almost kill yourself when it's not windy.
You don't even need to apply for a visa (you get it at the border) and save money too.
I think you should find soon some information at surfasia com about windsurfing in Cambodia.

Seem like "Surf" is right, the only well known nice beach is "Kompong Som", I been there twice and keep thinking whether is there any nice wind for windsurfing.I know there's jetskiing. Let me know how's yr your surfing there, maybe one day we can surf there together and start a windsurfing resort! Hehehe.....

In light of recent events, I suppose a logical question would be how safe is it for foreigners in Cambodia?
