Jasmine of PF asked me to put this on the forum:
There will be some kind of sale (an auction of some kind, although details are sketchy at the moment) at Pasta Frecsa, on a date to be announced shortly. All the rental and jailed boards, sails etc, plus lasers, life jackets, outboard motors, spare parts and pretty much everything else, (maybe even Robert and Din!) will be up for grabs, so come and bag a bargain.
(There is a mountain of booms and boards which have been sitting in the sun and rain for 20 years; you could probably get 'em for 50 cents each, use once then throw away!)
I would prefer to keep this a secret, so I can scoop up everything myself...but fair is fair.

Good 'ol Boo is as fair as they come. No chance PA would experience the same problems the PF management allowed.
But enough of that. Its Christmas comes early!! (provided they have some decent gear on offer lah)

Hey BT It’s bad enough that some people from PA are bashing the people or person from PF, and now we have people like you bashing again. What is it with you? I thought it’s over? What do you mean by “freeloader”? Come on man get a life. Notice people from PF didn’t bash PA, what happened was a wrong choice of words. Is yours the same case? Don’t give us people from PA a bad name.

Sea Cow ... how much would you offer for Ben Junior?
The latest is that the sale may not happen -- apparently a certain party is negotiating to buy everything, lock, stock and barrel, but a price hasn't been agreed on yet. Anway they better make up their minds soon!!!!

Update: According to Jasmine, yes, the rental gear and club equipment is probably going to be sold as one lot, however this does NOT include the jailed gear, so we will probably still get our Great Singapore Sale!! They are just waiting for the Big Boss to return (maybe on the 22nd) to make a decision about when and how. Speaking of the jail, someone is gonna be mad... I had a look yesterday and they have put two nice new JP-Australia boards in there, AND something which looks very much like Meng's Starboard 159!!!!!!!

Yah, mine got jailed too, only missed payment like for 1 week plus and they start jailing your stuff for fear we are not going to pay. Jasmine, if you're reading this, please at least ask first. Jailing people's stuff to force payment outta us resembles the action of a loanshark. You guys are acting like one. I hope that you guys are not gonna start hanging pig's head or splashing red paint on our boards next to squeeze money outta us. And for goodness sake, it's only a week plus late in payment.... And thank god you guys are gone next month!

As far as I'm aware, Jasmine suffers from some form of chronic depression, which is no excuse for whatever pain etc she may have inflicted on anyone. But to hurl abuse and yell at her is like shouting at a handicapped person to "hurry up!" - I believe she's just earning a living like anyone else. I too was guilty of yelling at her before I fled to PA some years ago, and it has been weighing on my conscience since.
To Jasmine's credit, she let Maureen print out an important letter today using the office computer and printer - a letter which might turn the tide of events if NParks hold good to their promise. Maureen has been exemplary in taking the lead to ensure that Pasta Fresca Sea Sports Centre remains the sports facility you fell in love with. Ann took the initiative to circulate the petition, which was mentioned in the ST article. And I heard Loh met with a politician together with Maureen. And their efforts are bearing fruit. Such positive and constructive contributions, more than anything else, will ensure that Robert, whom we all love and respect, will be an enduring presence in the local windsurfing scene.
